We have a range of highly qualified and experienced care providers on our team, at different tiers of ABA certification and training levels. Our clinical leadership team is made up of several Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, also known as BCBAs. BCBA’s assess, develop and oversee treatment plans and work with Registered Behavior Technicians as well as parents, caregivers and children to create consistency and successful program implementation.
To become a BCBA, one must hold a master’s degree in a human service field such as early childhood development, education, psychology, behavior analysis or special education. They must also acquire a minimum set of applied skills through training, supervision and passage of the BCBA exam. Additionally, they must be licensed by the state of Texas.
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is an ABA therapist who is trained and certified to fulfill a child’s treatment plan with behavioral interventions. Our loving therapists work with children to reach their goals each day with the guidance and support of a BCBA. As an organization, we support our RBT’s in acquiring the skills, education and work-hours they need to reach BCBA certification.
At Spark, we’re dedicated to providing quality ABA therapy in a comfortable, kid-friendly environment. On top of interviewing candidates rigorously for technical and experiential qualifications, we also deeply value being great with children. Time and time again, we see that our children make incredible progress because we implement therapy with love, care and fun.
To go the extra mile for our community, we provide the following in addition to our services:
