Progress In Play: An Update on the Spark Learning Playground Project

The Spark Learning Blog • Posted by Spark Learning on October 15, 2025

Thank You and Exciting Updates Ahead!

We are so excited to share some updates on our Spark Learning Playground Project! While we’re still working toward our overall goal of $30,000, we’ve already been able to use a portion of the funds raised to get started on some outdoor improvements, thanks to the incredible support of our Spark families and community.

Progress in Play

At our Enfield location, work is well underway! We’ve replaced sections of our fencing and will be installing a new keypad entry next week to make our property even more secure. Our playground structure has been rebuilt and is ready for new, fun features like a shade canopy, rock wall, and driving wheel to encourage creative play. Over the next few weeks, you’ll also notice some fresh landscaping and greenery to make our backyard space feel more natural and inviting.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue enhancing our outdoor areas as more funds come in, including adding turf and new climbing structures to create more play opportunities for our kids.

At our Avery Ranch location, we’re gearing up for updates too! Plans include adding a new swing set, more shade, and beautiful touches of green space to make it a cool, comfortable, and joyful spot to play.

A Heartfelt Thank You!

We’re so grateful to everyone who has already donated and supported the playground project, it means the world to us and to the kids who get to enjoy these spaces every day.

As a little thank-you, anyone who donates directly to our playground project will receive one of our new “Let’s Play” hats, a fun way to show your Spark spirit while supporting a great cause!

Make Your Mark— and an Impact!

If you haven’t yet, there’s still time to help us reach our goal and make an even bigger impact! Every donation, big or small, helps us create safer, more engaging outdoor spaces for our Spark kids to learn, laugh, and grow. Spread the word to friends and family, share our mission, and help us keep the momentum going, together, we’re building something truly special.

Want to make a lasting impact? Donate here! With any donation over $250, you can sponsor a personalized brick or tile that will be permanently displayed on a pathway, sign, or art installation—leaving a meaningful legacy for your child or family in the heart of our playgrounds.

Together, we can make playtime safer, brighter, and even more fun for the Spark family.
